This is a testament from one of our favorites, this local construction company had just added additional trades to the services they offer.
They were referred over to our company for us to help them organize and get additional work completed. Which then turned into additional services needed after the initial consultation.
After helping this construction company get paperwork completed and the company organized. We did an intensive deep dive into their business highlighted some core focus areas and spent the next year implementing these core areas. Which was to scale operations and improve internal processes and paperwork, get an online presence, local listings, and marketing.
The construction has increased their grown their revenue 20X, without needing to hire any additional employees. They have gone from making less than 5-10 thousand a month to making 100 thousand in a month.
